Q: How often do you recommend getting my house sprayed?

A: In most cases, we recommend having your home treated at least quarterly, which is 4 times a year.

Q: How do I pay my bill?

A: We will text or email you a link to your customer portal where you can pay online and set up autopay. You can also pay by check at the time of service.

Q: What should I expect when you come to treat my house?

A: The first time we treat your home we will do a home inspection, looking for signs of common bugs or rodents. We will inform you of our findings. At that point we will treat the interior and exterior of your home. For subsequent visits we may only need to treat the exterior of your home, making it easier on you and still maintaining good control of unwanted pests.

Q: Are the chemicals you use safe to spray in the house if I have kids and pets?

A: We will always follow the product labeling.  The label is the law.  We use products for only their intended purpose, and only at the recommended rate.  In most cases, once the chemical has fully dried there should be very low to no risks.

Q: What pests do you get rid of?

A: With our general pest service, we can protect your home from most common pests, such as spiders, ants, roaches, crickets, and rodents. We also have specialized services for those more difficult pests, such as termites, bed bugs, and roach infestations.
